Got in and out the door in minutes, since I booked ahead online. The car was a little dirtier than most of the other vehicles I have rented from Enterprise. Overall a great little car. The top things for me would be the 42 MPG and how quickly things go when you book ahead.
Worst service ever. Walked in and wasn't even greeted, not one word was said to me the entire 15 minutes I stood there waiting meanwhile, every other person that walked in was greeted with a "hello! I'll be with you soon." I was needing a rental because my vehicle was totaled and that's who the insurance company set me up with because they were the closest. I had talked to a few different employees from enterprise the previous day, each one telling me everything was paid for and ready to go, I just needed to come pick up the rental. Drove 40 miles just for enterprise to tell me when I got there that I owed them money and they wouldn't rent any vehicle to me. Why was I told the previous day that everything was taken care of?!?! Waste of my night after working all day and my gas!!!!
