Normally I have a great experience here, but today made me so mad. When I got home I discovered that the guy who rang me up left not one, but TWO security devices on my items. Luckily being strong and smart with tools I was able to get them, off but I was pissed.. So please watch them and make sure they take off the security devices.
I really like this store and the products they carry. I'm rarely approached and asked if I need help with anything.
Not once did anyone approach my daughter or myself to see if we needed any help but overall experience was ok.
I did some technical work at this location. I told the manager the network was down and it was going to be anywhere between 15-30 minutes before she could assist customers with the register. The manage told the customer it would be five minutes and the customer stood there waiting for the network to come back up. I told the customer the reality of the situation politely and apologized for the wait. I was promptly kicked off the project and asked not to return. The customer complained to the rue21 corporate office about the situation and did not appreciate being lied to by the manager. And i don't appreciate the disrespect given by rue21.
More variety than SB's location, but the prices seem a little higher. The staff weren't very friendly.
