Don't buy from them. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral for my son's mother in-law. I ordered the medium size bouquet that was featured on their website. The bouquet at the funeral was tiny. It was the small size not the medium. It ended costing me $130 and there were barely any flowers in it. Very disappointing. It was very embarrassing for me that it looked like I sent a tiny little floral arrangement to my own son's mother in-law's funeral. I understand that you don't always get what Is pictured but I should get the same amount of flowers!!!!
I ordered online which was easy. it was over the weekend so I called on Monday just to verify and they said that they wouldn't have my order available until Tuesday. I went and picked it up and the customer service was great everyone was really nice. I give it as a gift to someone and they looked at it funny and said I don't think they are the item I ordered. I am not a flower person so I wasn't sure and this person knows her flowers. SO I felt really disappointed and my order wasn't like it showed on the website. This was my first time ordering and it just was a big let down.
