I have been in this store 100 times at least, I would not recommend them for anything that you don't know about or have ordered. Other than plumbing, they have an excellent plumbing department. Emily in plumbing is the only reason for the second star.
Looking for nice rug clerk was very nice found a display one minor damage gave me a little discount very happy
Generally we have good experiences here. Sometimes lack of stock is frustrating, especially as compared to what their website says they have. Call first if it's out of your way.
Lowe's personal are great at helping me whenever I have any questions. Don Hill is awesome.
Love coming here and I have spent a LOT of money here. Used to be that you could ask anyone anything and they knew what to do and where to go, how much you needed of what part, etc. But now you have to wait until certain staff are working. The new hires just stand around talking, not asking anyone if they needed assistance and one guy just absolutely sneered at me at I walked past. I had a question about a project and sure as Hell wasn't going to ask him! He's defiantly new. I left without purchasing anything even though I have a large amount to buy. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 1 is because of Dotey. He's so polite and friendly, he also knows almost anything there is to know about plumbing. I would quit coming here if he no longer worked here. I'll come back but if he isn't working, I'll leave. There's no sense in wasting time and money on a do it yourself project if the staff are blatantly rude and dumb.
