Purchased a hand brace and worked with Michelle, she is the best, the brace seemed to be loosing the Velcro about two weeks after purchasing this, I went back today and she ordered me a new one. Great service

Alick's is the worst DME supplier ever!!! the Plymouth office has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They didnt even TRY to get my item approved through my insurance. They just called and said your insurance wont cover this, well guess what I had just called my insurance and they would pay 100%, of course there were some criteria that my doctor needs to go by, but it was easier to just say no, your insurance doesnt cover it. I'm outraged and wish I knew who the CEO was of this company, I mean is it still that lady that does the commercials? Well she should make a visit down to Plymouth Indiana and do some employee house cleaning!!!
I didn't want to believe the reviews but unfortunately they are true. Customer service is terrible. Nobody ever answers the phone you have to leave a message for somebody to call you back. Then they will call you while your at work during inopertune times and play phone tag for days on end. I ordered my replacement supplies over a week ago but my status still says order pending fulfillment. I e-mailed my rep since phone calls are pointless but she doesn't return e-mails either. I'm working with my insurance to switch providers. Just my experience after three months with them. I would suggest another provider. After all, look at all these negative reviews and they just don't care. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to making them my provider.
Worst customer service. I can't really even compare to anywhere else, because I have never been ignored in a retail setting ever. It was like I didn't even exist. Looks like I will return to a similar store in Logansport to get my supplies for my elderly mother. What a shame. Yet their commercials on TV make them seem so compassionate. Shameful.
