Horrible. You are just a number to them . One star is too good for them.
I was a costumer for several years we recent got into two accidents neither was our fault. After the accidents the claim center was difficult to work with. We finally got the claims settled to get a letter in the mail saying we have to have high risk insurance because of the accidents that were not our fault. Very disappointed in the service we received.
