I was appalled at the lack of customer service, on not one but two seperate occasions. The employee service was horrible during drop off and pick up.I paid 29.95 for a "dry cleaned" blanket that came back with hair all over it, as well as a couple brown spots of dried up "something" on the blanket. They could not explain to me why my blanket was dirty and then during questioning, the employee had the nerve to turned around and walk away from me. I can assure you I was not being aggressive in my questioning either. Unfortunately, I ended up paying $30 for my blanket to come back in worse shape than when I took it there. I will never, EVER give my money to this business again!!
