I've had two different interactions with the same employee this week. I believe she failed my daughter in law on her driving test because of an earlier unpleasant interaction I had with her. My daughter in law spoke with the manager who of course defended the employee. We found both situations in the drivers manual that she was marked off for which state the correct way was the way she handled these situations. By the way, the manager and employee laughed at my daughter in law as she was leaving after she questioned them. Very unprofessional behavior and abuse of power by the Plymouth BMV.
For someone to call you up I have been here an hour and 20 minutes they have even acknowledged me.
