We got the King suite with the jacuzzi room. The room was nice and big, the bed was very comfortable, but the water wouldn't stay in the jacuzzi unless you kept your hand pushed down on the plug (which obviously defeats the purpose of relaxing), and the coffee pot still had a coffee packet in it, and when we told the manager about not being able to use the jacuzzi all she said was that she was sorry and would have maintence fix it after we checked out. When we spend $200 for a room, mainly for the jacuzzi, I expect it to work. A bit of a refund would have been better then nothing.
Excellent rooms. Clean and spacious. Good breakfast options. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, muffins, yogurt, etc. Located very close to the highway so great place to stop for the night.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to give them zero stars, but apparently you have to give at least one to post a review. Staff was extremely rude to everyone.
Olive was. Very curtious loved her breakfasts but the two nights we stayed was awesome very nice ppl
Everything was clean and comfortable in our room. The manager, Teresa, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She even prepared our breakfast items separately from the meat-based food, as we are strict vegetarians. A wonderful experience overall!
