I called this company because I had a minor clog in my main line. my wife called me at work to let me know that the plumber was there and that I needed to talk to him. Over the phone he goes on and tells me about how I needed two dig up my main line put a clean out in it was a two-man job at $200 an hour per man a minimum of 4 hours. I told him don't you nothing I'm on my way home from work. when I got there I asked him to show me what he was talking about he goes on by saying that I need to put this clean out here and that the foundation is falling on my main line. I asked him how he come up with this? He goes on by saying it's because of my downspout off the corner of my house. I asked him did he snake my main line( I already know he didn't)? He tells me no. I asked him why didn't he? He goes on by saying that his company sent him out with this inadequate machine without the proper tools and attachments for it and that they knew about it at 8 o'clock this morning. But he could come at another day and schedule it out to do that. I go on by saying well I called you out here to fix this not to reschedule this. He says he could come back out and I told him don't worry about it. The company is unprofessional ill prepared and has unknowledgeable people representing them. I called another plumber he came out with in 10 minutes had it snaked and cleared out and everything is working fine now and it only cost me 60 bucks. This company wanted to charge me over $1,000 to do something I didn't have to do..
Had my furnace and air installed by the next day! Extremely helpful and kind! Would recommend them to anyone!
I liked the fact that I received an email the day before the service showing me who would be coming to my home with his picture.
