Lifeplex is a great social place with very friendly staff. The facilities are amazing but what stood out to me was the lack of athletic facilities for the Ancilla athletes. A room filled with ice baths, foam rollers and massage seats will increase these athletes performance as they're body is recovering that much faster.
Excellent programs for the silver sneakers members whom are seniors
It closes at 9pm and some of the faculty is rude. It's also not open on Sundays. I recommend going to a cheaper gym that's open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
