My wife and I had a 26 foot uhaul reserved 3 weeks in advance. They gave our uhaul away to someone that rented it the night before they moved. All they had was a 20 footer and they blamed it on uhaul corporate not sending enough trucks. I think they knew they wouldn't have another one in time and they gave ours away and even after giving us a credit, they would still make more money by renting 2 trucks, since we had no choice but to take what they had left. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!
Not professional..didnt have the size truck we were told we would have.
