The staff has no clue what they're doing and they just took $300 bucks from us for a deposit without telling us that the rent was much more than originally anticipated. Then they tried to say they couldn't give it back because we were approved. I just now got word that we will get it back IN A FEW WEEKS. Do not try to rent from these people. I would say no stars, but that's not an option.
BEWARE...this place put my elderly mother in a terrible situation. After accepting her application and booking her into an apartment, cancelled it just a few weeks before her scheduled move telling her she has too much money (which in itself is an absolute joke). This is AFTER reviewing her application and saying everything was completely acceptable. She now has no place to live and has wasted valuable time looking for a place because she thought she had a place secured. If I were you, I would exhaust all other options before trying this place. You might find yourself with no place to live at the last moment.
We moved in on Oct 27th 2017. First of, thanks to the awesome manager who got me approved on the same day. She’s amazing! I made a small complaint, & the manager got that issue taken care of, right away. Love my 3 bedrooms. Before I move in, they put new carpet, vinyl flooring & new stove for my apartment. My new home smells fresh and clean. It’s super quiet & peaceful comparing with my last condo in San Jose California.
