Basic, not one good option on menu. Free salsa had no flavor, it was just tomato sauce in a cup. Hacienda used to be a good place to eat, now it’s just dreck. Manager walked around with a baby and into the kitchen with it, very unprofessional environment. Waitress was sloppily dressed and her had fallen out from whatever hair tie she had long before I arrived. I ordered flauntas, they tasted as if their fryers had not been cleaned or filtered in a week, just smelled of burnt grease.
Good place to eat. Great food. Had an excellent waitress.
First bad experience I've had at Hacienda. Server was borderline rude & not only did I NOT get the sauce that came with my meal, I was charged extra for shredded lettuce & tomato! It's too bad because I have always talked about how good Hacienda is & finally came back to town to visit & took family members. What a letdown.
This place should get sued for false advertising it as a "Mexican" restaurant. Terrible food with no spices or seasoning, salsa is basically tomato sauce, guacamole is just mashed avocado, and terrible lazy service. One star is being nice
The complimentary chips and salsa were bland, but our main entrees were full of flavor and delicious. An interesting and fun surprise for kids is the milk flight that is offered on their drink menu. They get to sample the following milk flavors: chocolate, orange cream, strawberry, and blue raspberry.
We decided to try Hacienda Mexican Restaurant on our way back home to Ohio. We we're greeted with a friendly smile. The place seems to be fairly popular with the locals. A pleasant surprise with it being busy was that we only had to wait a few minutes for our table. The place was bustling with activity.
The background noise was a little loud but not intrusive. It was an overall pleasant experience.
