I recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Park, I drove 50 min away to see what I would hopefully get. I didn't get as much as I would have at other places for my trade but they seemed pretty honest and not your typical salesman just trying to get a sale and send you on your way which I really liked. Everyone was friendly and no one was pushy which is not something you typically find in sales.
We bought our car from here almost 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle since. The entire bottom of the vehicle was rusted, all the rotors were completely rusted (my husband couldn’t even get them to come off), it was spraying rust up the back of the car so now it just looks awful, when I took it for the first oil change after we got it, our mechanic was APPALLED that a 2008 had never had the air filter changed, we took it to a family mechanic who had to clean the engine, remove all the bolts and everything holding the engine in place and he kept asking if it had been in a flood or an area that floods often- he said he had never seen anything like it in this area before. We recently had to take it for more work (totaling over half what the vehicle is even worth now) and the transmission guy laughed and said some idiot tried to fix it himself in the past and screwed everything up. (I’m assuming that was your fine mechanics at the building next door who didn’t know how to fix the broken CD player that we had to come back 3 days later to have fixed. Oh also, that had to be replaced because they jacked it up getting the cd out)

I don’t know what kind of man would allow his wife to drive a piece of garbage like that, let alone sell one to a young couple with little kids.
We paid $14,000 for a lemon, were only given $500 for our trade in, we’re treated SO rudely the entire time and to top it all off- it was the owner’s wife’s personal vehicle. (This is what we were told but who can believe anything these people say)
I know we are long past our warranty. We made the mistake of not taking the vehicle to a mechanic before purchasing and we made the mistake of trusting the owner and his sales staff. HUGE life lesson learned. (The hard way, unfortunately)
Typical car sales people. Went in to get a quote, sat there for 2 hours waiting for the salesman I was talking to to get a spot on the computer, they only have one. I knew I would be denied due to my credit but I had to try; I had no problem with the wait either, although highly annoying. My beef is due to the fact that my visit was MONTHS ago and they keep running credit checks destroying what little credit I already have. I know it's them because I just got yet another letter today stating such. I was already told "no", I'm cool with that.. why keep hassling me? I called the number on the letter and the automated service hung up on me because I wasn't a customer. I also keep getting solicitations from third parties on my home and cell phone regarding my credit since I visited this place. Coincidence? I don't think so. I will never go to a car salesmen ever again unless it's "buy here, pay here". No B.S. credit check necessary and cash talks.
