In response to Lyle Rorie we sent his title out to him a week after he purchased the vehicle. Mr. Rorie did not call and inform us that he never received it until a week before his paper plate expired. He was calling after office hours that is why we never answered his calls, but as soon as we were informed of the situation we called and got a new title to him as soon as we could. We even contacted the dealership dept down state and they told us that was all we could do and that we did everything correctly in this matter. I'm very sorry this happened to him and this is the first time we have ever had a title go missing in the mail.

Bought an SUV from them. Terrible service!! Nothing worse than being lied to. Seriously the biggest piece of junk I have ever bought!! What's even worse is when you call and they don't even have the decency to call you back...that tells you how bad they are. I Don't recommend this dealer!!
Received a good deal on my vehicle however did not receive title within 30 days and after no response to repetitive phone calls I had to drive all the way back which was an hour drive just for them to tell me that they recently mailed it. Very poor quality of communication very slow service regarding paperwork
We drove for 3 1/2 hours to look at a car here. I was told the car we were interested in had no check engine lights on, not rusty and overall nice looking car. When we got there, there was an engine light on, one wheel well was full of rust and there was an 8in crack in the side panel that was not visible in the pictures. Not to mention, the brakes were really soft and it had a leaking rear end seal underneath. We drove all day to look at a car that "would not disappointed me". This kid car sales man lied to me on the phone, let his dad take over when things started going wrong, and then was no where to be found as we were leaving very disappointed! Don't waist your time!
