The service here is so-so. The work here is so-so. The real issue I have with American Tire and Auto is that I made a payment via credit card by phone because I was out of state and it took not only 1, not only 2 but 3 business days to get a receipt faxed off to me. I talked to Ray twice, who I believe he and his wife own the company, he promised to fax it. I talked to Ken twice who informed me that he would tell the lady who was in charge of faxing it to fax it. I also talked to a woman named Denise who, didn't even ask me my fax number.
