Do not go into the plymouth store anytime between 5pm and closing. Too many customers not enough employees. MOST of the employees are helpful when you finally get to speak with one... average wait time in the evening approx. 1 hr. I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't make any other plans if you plan on visiting the AT&T store.
Yes. I went got a printout of end of wireless bill so I coul d take it to sprint for a buyout. I now have sprint as a cellular. Carrier.
Employees are more concerned about taking pictures of passing law enforcement officers then they are at assisting customers. Find another at&t or carrier if you care about customer service.
