Was treated in a very unprofessional manner. I thought I was happy to switch from Verizon but am disappointed in the services at this location. Might be switching back to Verizon! good job Sprint employees!

I needed to get my phone turned back on. And was told that I had to call customer service but I couldn't because my phone was disconnected. So I asked to use Sprint's phone to call customer service but the salesman said that the Sprint store didn't have their own phone line for customer use. He did not offer to let me call customer service with his personal cell phone. He had me use Radio Shacks phone to call sprint but told me that I'm not supposed to be using Radio Shack's phone, but he'd allow me to do it since Sprint a phone company, doesn't have a phone to call customer service with. Then I was on hold for 30 minutes and had to pay $5.00 to talk to a live person at Sprint, all while the salesman was playing on his phone for the 30 minutes that he couldn't allow me, a Sprint customer to use. Then he couldn't post my payment to Sprint automatically because he doesn't have a "Sprint payment machine" like the Sprint store's in bigger cities. So I had to wait a few hours for the payment to post. Shouldn't Sprint in Plymouth, Indiana have a phone for customers?
So TREVOR and CORI sprint representives eating Buger king for lunch. I AM GONNA find a more healthy . Think I AM GONNA go to Chriscos.
Upgraded my phone and the $80 case broke 3 days later. Took case in and he replaced it with a brand new one on the spot. Thank you!
